Hello there! I don't write journals very often. (: So, school is starting in a few days. I'm excited because I don't have to take any math classes! Those are the classes that make my GPA plummet. Boo. I'm taking two AP classes, which I'm very excited about and I'm also taking two art classes this year. Yay! However, due to my AP classes, I had summer homework that I wasn't aware that I had until two weeks ago. Oops. But that homework is practically done. So, all in all, I'm pretty optimistic for school to start. Junior year! Busy!

No, I haven't given up on my personal challenge to draw realistically. I'm just giving myself a break. In fact, I have a sketch of Altair in my sketchbook right now that is in the process of getting finished. I'm also studying realistic or figure drawing on the side so that I'm a little ahead when I get to take my Drawing I class. :3 Does that make me an overachiever? XD I'm on a creative streak right now, which is weird, but I'm not complaining except for that fact that it makes me procrastinate and ignore my homework. <<;

I'm a little sad that Magnum isn't making tea anymore. I loved their peach tea. I cleared out the store because each canister was only two dollars. The price was good, but sad that that's the last of it. D:
